Food for Health Ireland (FHI) works with 7 Irish public research organisations. FHI provides access to a wide array of vital research services using state of the art instrumentation located in NUI Galway, University College Cork, University College Dublin, NUI Maynooth, Teagasc Moorepark, University of Limerick and Dublin City University.
Our experts focus on food research studies and application of innovative techniques at lab and pilot scale. As FHI is a pre-competitive research program, we can operate in the forefront of scientific discovery in selected strategic areas. Scientific findings can subsequently be applied to the benefit of individual food and ingredient companies.
