Dr Nessa Noronha

Nessa Noronha completed a PhD in Food Science in 2008, from University College Dublin, where some time of this was as a research fellow in Pennsylvania State University. Following this she moved to research in the industrial sector, where she had 3 years international research and development experience in the area of dairy ingredients, as an employee of Glanbia Plc. She developed and helped commercialise a number of new milk based beverages for the African markets. She also technically supported the sale of milk protein ingredients for North American, Asian, and European markets. In 2011 she joined the management team in Food for Health Ireland, where she currently acts as a research manger based in University College Dublin.
